Once again, I was one of the Prom Sponsors this year since I am a Junior Class sponsor. We end up doing Prom every 5 years, but it just didn't seem like it had already been 5 years since I did the last one. We raised lots of money and had Prom at Cree Meadows Country Club, and it turned out really pretty...and it only took us 7 hours on Friday and 3 on Saturday to get it all done! Whew! Red Carpet Romance was the theme, so it looked like an old-fashioned Hollywood movie premiere. Several of the seniors told us it was the best prom they'd ever been to, including the one they did last year. Here are a few pictures, some of which were taken during the decorating time so things were not totally complete.
This picture is of Ed and our Superintendent, Shirley Crawford, and her husband. The three bottles on the table are just sparkling cider, so don't get too excited for us...Prom wasn't THAT good this year. Now Ed and I are prom-free until the class of 2015 has to do it in 2014!!
